Minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Notification will be accepted in person, via email, telephone or SMS.

All downloadable products are non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue prohibiting the access to the product.

Both the Client and The Bush Business Collective, have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded if the services are paid in full, except for cancelled within 24 hours of the service being underway.

If a cancellation of a workshop is cancelled less than 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued unless the client can prove extenuating circumstances.
