Minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Notification will be accepted in person, via email, telephone or SMS.

All downloadable products are non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue prohibiting the access to the product.

Either party can end the agreement at any time.
Both you (the client) and The Bush Business Collective can choose to stop working together and cancel the service agreement, even if the work has already started.

1. No refunds once the service is underway.
   If the service has already started, you won’t get a refund—even if you decide to cancel.

2. You can get a refund for unused services.
   If you’ve paid in full for services that haven’t been used yet, you can get your money back unless:

3. You cancel within 24 hours of the service starting.
   If you cancel less than 24 hours before the service is due to start, you won’t get a refund.

If a cancellation of a workshop is cancelled less than 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued unless the client can prove extenuating circumstances.
