Values
The following values are the things that are important in the way that I live and work and how they determine my priorities.
Accountability
I always act with integrity, honesty and responsibly. As a leader it is always important in how I foster a positive culture in the workplace and community. Walking the talk, putting words into action and being accountable for anything I am responsible for.
Creativity
Albert Einstein sums up my approach to creativity “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” It is important to me to consider things that aren’t obvious to others. This shows up in my photography, my work and how I live. I have always been drawn to the aesthetics. This isn’t limited to art, colour and objects, but to the overall look and feel of how I live and work and how ideas come together.
Inclusivity
We are all on the same journey and I always provide equal access to everyone I work or socialise with.
Collaboration
It brings me so much joy to work together to create something special. One of the greatest achievements as a leader is seeing the success of the group, the collective rather than the individual parts.
